I’m 37, a cook, a disc golfer, and I am on a gluten-free diet. This will explore the challenges of gluten-free cooking and hopefully, we’ll all learn something.

    We are involved in an interesting holiday project for our food blog – the Guerrilla Gourmet. We are going to try to collect Thanksgiving ideas, inspirations and menus from bloggers across the country and set them up into an interactive visual map. We would like to invite you to be a part of this project as the blogger representing Missouri.

    If you would like to participate, please send us an original photograph and short description of something you or you’re family is doing for Thanksgiving this year. If you don’t celebrate the holiday, let us know what you do instead. We will send you a copy of the map prior to posting it. In addition to the map, we’ll be posting your description and a link to your blog on our site the morning of December 1st.

    Hey Chris – been looking at you recipes and now I am hungry! Maybe that’s because I only had popcorn for supper! Anyway…everything looks great. The pancakes look wonderful, and the pastas, well, it’s all good! The shrimp chili sounds very unique…Keep on cooking and creating. Thanks!

    Hey Chris…just checked out some more of your recipes…I’ve been experimenting more lately with different combinations of veggies, and have started paying more attention to making sauces…with stock, and or cheese, etc. I’m so glad I make my own red sauce for pasta….got away from the jars and all that sugar. I like to make pasta with sauteed cauliflower and a few bits of smoky bacon, with garlic and red pepper flakes. Also, I just found a recipe for “beer bread” that is very easy, and I bet you might be able to make a gluten free version with your baking mix and gluten free beer! Happy cooking! Lin
