Better Baking Through Chemistry Part 2

I just got the bread out of the oven, and took a picture.  Its cooling on the rack, and I just removed it from the loaf pan.  Here are a couple of pictures of the finished product.

First is when it first came out of the oven, and its still in the loaf pan.  Second, is out of the loaf pan.  I’m not going to cut into it until later though.

Good luck with your baking, and just keep in mind that we can be much more creative with things than everyone else when it comes to baking.  Let’s all try to embrace the interesting possibilities that we have been given.  I know it makes life a bit tougher in a lot of ways, but we can use the challenge to our advantage!
